Confirmed and noted. :)

Confirmed the issue and it's not a bug. Skulls will only drop on the PvP channels of the five nations. It won't drop in Traband area.

QQ well at least I know that will not ever be a thing. Any chance skull rewards will be updated? Considering they havent been since 60 cap

For the Critical Damage Reduction... if this is the "Decrease critical damage by X%" stat, it will only reduce the attacker's "Increase X critical damage" stat. If the attacker has no "Increase X critical damage" stat, then no critical damage decrease will take place.

There is a "Base critical damage" rate, and the "Increase X critical damage" stat adds to it. The "Decrease critical damage by X%" stat will reduce the increase damage, until it reduces it to the base crit damage rate. It can't go lower than that.

Hope that clarifies things! Also, both those numbers seem to work by percentage. :D

Indeed, that one is intended. A lot of buffs won't stack with each other. It's not just the Warrior Buffs and Cleric Buffs, others such as Pally buffs and all other classes are included as well.

Intended, I believe. It's to prevent possible skill abuse of skills that have been reset away.

Some updates:

For Verus Castle Siege, Antalya Assault needs to be completed first. Still, it is that part that doesn't start, right?

Divine Ward issue when moving to other nations and losing ticks may take a while to fix.

For the WASD and Arrow Keys issue, they said it was intended. With the latest client versions, pressing WASD and the arrow keys at the same time would cause the client to have errors/crash.

As for the other relics, they were said to be obtainable in the Drago raid dungeons, and Spiral.

There were a couple of fixes on the 6/19/2013 update by the way.

- Karena premium shop issue resolved.
- Party leader changing when porting resolved.
- Guild levelup issues resolved.
- Pran waiting room issue resolved.

Spiral elite is what your average geared player does for money (when its open).

Relics fixed! More or less. The effect descriptions aren't there yet, but what they do is increase the effects of neighboring relics.
