Crash and Disconnection report thread

Many of our players are currently affected by sudden disconnection or game crash in-game. We are now investigating the issue and rest assured that it will be fixed as soon as possible. You can help us by submitting your AikaCrash log here. Please follow the provided procedure below:


HOW TO FIND AND SUBMIT YOUR CRASH LOG


- Right exactly after your game client crashes, A temporary crash log will be made on your game client folder.
- Locate your AikaCrash log file on your AikaClient Folder
- Locate the textpad/notepad file which has this name file "2016-03-03-10-49-13-AikaCrash"
NOTE: The date is when the crash happened so it may be different to other(s)
- Open the text file, copy the whole content (Click anywhere inside the notepad and press Ctrl + A to select all then Ctrl + C to copy)
- Open a ticket and paste all the content as message and send it to us

Hi GM it isnt letting us attach the file log.

It wont let me attach the log. One thing we have found out is win 7 is not have this problem as far as we can tell /  I am using win 10 and at every map change I crash all over aika.  Below is the error I receive

 if you "DC" from the game no crash log is made?

We'll be using the support ticket to send your crash file logs instead. Please follow the edited procedure on how to send your Aika crash logs. Thank you

What happens if our client doesn't leave behind an error file anywhere? I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro.

Edit: Only antivirus thing I have is Windows Defender, and I use PDANET to have internet through tethering my phone. Was working for a long time now I just get crashes...the Client crashes first and then xtrap exits, so it's not a problem with xtrap.

So GM's when it'll finally fixed?

I think u should apply that 'Mass Update' u guys announced in January, maybe that great pack fix these problems.
Or that was just a bait? and there is no 'Mass Update'??????

it hasn't been 6 months yet since they announced it..so I don't expect the update until after May. For right now, the Stone system is what broke the game.
